In this tweet: https://twitter.com/songsofconquest/status/1318910524424421377 you see that making a highly detailed tree starts with a rough outline then adds detail as time goes on, as opposed to a printer where it would start drawing from the top in full detail and go down.
This is why splitting projects up into little tickets and give them to dumb ticket takers from a Kanban Board doesn't make sense and why the Basecamp way of making Shape Up Scopes makes a lot more sense.
