Portfolio of Options
The idea of a roadmap being changed instead into a "Portfolio of Options" is very freeing because you don't have to rank them, do all of them, have them compete with each other, realize that the exciting or meaningful work is months away, rather you can just keep everything as a possibility till the moment you need a new project pitch.
