Neverending Sprints

With normal Agile you never end any "projects" or at least most projects are just a loosely followed tagging system. This means that one week bleeds into the next which leads them to be less of a "sprint" and more of never ending death march. Scope grows without check, bugs and important tasks are just thrown into the sprint based on "luck".

Yes sprint planning, backlog pruning could help but these also lead to treating developers like dumb ticket takers, and it's thankless work that people don't generally aren't excited to do.
