information bleeding

organizations are constantly writing information down. Either in Slack or in Google Docs, or other places. Yet if you can't get the information easily, then it's effectively "lost". Slack is especially bad at this because of it's design of channels being a small amount of categories that are infinitely deep. Which is sad because the most useful information is stored there, it's just not organized enough to be useful.
