Factoring out Project Mangers

Project managers can be split into 3 responsibilities:

1. Deciding what to do (Shaping, done by "shapers")
2. Deciding what to work on and when (betting, "CEOs, etc...")
3. Coordination and Management of the work (managing, a traditional PM that schedules meetings and acts as "crap umbrella")

in Shape Up they don't have managers because they don't need coordination between teams, they self coordinate.
