HEY! divides things that are different
The idea that even though things may be saved basically the same in the database, you divide things differently with UX. This is seen a lot in HEY!'s design.
- Everything is an email but Newsfeed and Papertrail don't have an unread status.
- "The Feed" is just another folder for emails yet it's presented in a Newsfeed format. Also these aren't in your face to encourage checking it later.
