busy and fun are not productive
As humans it's really hard for us to tell busyness from actual productivity. The problem is that busyness is motion, it moves us in a direction... just not the right one. We're climbing a ladder but it's not on the right wall.
"Fun" is also hard to tell from productivity as well because it... feels good! It's like getting the reward before you actually accomplish anything. Slack has this problem.
